About the Job

2. Test Lead (Bhopal, India)

We are looking for a senior test lead with more than 3-4 years of experience.

Responsible for leading functional, regression, performance and UAT test efforts. Manage multiple test planning and test execution efforts.  Deliverables include test schedule, test strategy, test cases, and test reports.  Provide timely reporting and issue escalation to management. 

Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for the following deliverables on multiple test efforts: test schedule, test strategy, test cases, and test reports.
    * Timely status and metrics reporting
    * Provide appropriate issue escalation
    * Lead process improvement initiatives for test planning and execution
    * Lead process improvement initiatives for test automation

Required Skills:

    * More than 3-4 years experience with testing methodology and techniques
    * Strong analysis and follow up skills a MUST
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Ability to interface with multiple teams and multiple levels of management
    * Familiar with industry testing standards (IEEE, SQE, etc.)
    * Familiar with complete software development lifecycle process
    * Familiar with use of test management tools
    * Familiar with project management tools
    * Experience with test automation for functional and/or performance testing a plus




3. Business Development Manager, Bhopal, India

About the job.

We are looking for a business development manager to lead our sales team in Bhopal, India. This opportunity is based in Bhopal and will report in to company's head of Sales in UK.

The Business Development Manager will be required to promote company's business with customers in UK and India. Engaged in both new business opportunities and existing accounts, you'll define and implement strategic sales plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit.

You will need to have minimum 3 years experience with a leading IT services company in India or abroad.
